I am a highly motivated self starter, able to take initiative and enjoys learning new skills. I am experienced in abstracting information from the medical record for the Emergency Department. I have experience in eliciting personal information from people and inputting that data into computers. If new policies or procedures arise, I am positive I can learn new concepts quickly.  Together with my experience and education, I am confident that I will be a great asset to the Coding Department.
