I am an accomplished, educated professional with a 21-year background in medical records/transcription documentation seeking a position and career that will challenge me on a daily basis and allow for personal growth and career development. My attitude, education, experience, and professional certifications make me an ideal candidate. My passion for learning and my dynamic work ethic have allowed me to find success in obtaining my Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification as well as my Certified Risk Coder (CRC) certification, both through the AAPC. I continue to expand my education in order to remain compliant with new policies and guidelines. I have extensive and unmatched experience working as a medical transcriptionist in a variety of clinical specialties, during which I gained expertise in clinical documentation and in meeting production and quality goals. My excitement for my job shines through in every task in which I engage, and I work with a strong focus on results, to achieve goals quickly and efficiently.
