It is with great pleasure that I am applying for the Chart Risk adjustment Specialist position. Currently working as a remote coder for a small coding company (Symbion coding). I do chart review, coding, risk analysis, auditing, scanning, Prepping and indexing.

I received my Associate degree of Health Information Management in 2018 from (AHIMA) at Palm Beach State College as well as a certificate in Health Information Technology from the same establishment. Through work sponsorship program in 2014, I received my pharmacy tech license both National and State.

I have experience managing staff, organizing work, doing schedule, manage inventory, crowd management ingress and egress. developing templates and forms. I have limited experience with a variety of databases including excel, Access, and SQL.  Familiar with Personal Health Records Systems EMR and EHR.

There are many skills that I will bring into this position, including knowledge and experience applying health informatics principles, writing skills, common sense and a high level of professionalism.  I also have the verbal reporting and presentation skills required for this position.
