I have nine years of professional medical coding experience and enjoy the field.  Within the nine years I have seven years Revenue Cycle denial management coding and billing experience. I have 3 years remote experience.  While most of my experience is with physician coding and CMS 1500 claims  I also have 2 years’ experience/exposure to facility coding (hospital coding) and UB-04 claims. I have experience with multiple encoders and EMR/EHR systems.  Additional past experience patient registrant in the emergency room.

I am fast and efficient with data entry and know and understand the coding procedures. I can handle multiple tasks at once and enjoy a busy atmosphere.  Past employers have praised me for being efficient and flexible with changes.  I will bring these qualities/skills with me and more to the position of medical coder at your facility.

Along with medical coding experience I have 20 plus years of customer service experience both face to face and email. I am comfortable with office equipment.
