CPC-A eager and willing to work. Have previously worked as medical claims examiner for a third party administrator. I routinely exceeded company standards in quality and performance. I always met or exceeded company production standards also.
I was responsible for entering in claim form information from claim forms and/or Op/office or lab notes and testing results. I was one of two examiners responsible for all pharmacy and high dollar injection code claims for the entire account ( about 2000 lives).
I also was responsible for reviewing pre-authorization information and ok’ing them ot requesting additional information either through phone calls or correcpondence
