Physician Assistant
Full TimeDuties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Prepare for and deliver exceptional patient handling and care during all interactions
2. Complete and submit all required documentation timely and completely, including DBQs in the required format
3. Participate and contribute to all work activities and organized meetings, sharing points of view and recommendations
4. Identify and develop new opportunities to create and deliver value to the client. Identify secondary service offering potential while supporting primary assignment
5. Support the development and delivery of differentiated service offerings and capabilities.
6. Contribute to intellectual capital
7. Support organization by practicing fiscal responsibility as well as maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. Further support by contributing to operational developments, process improvement initiatives, and strategic planning
8. Provide delivery and operational excellence by delivering exceptional service, working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, embracing change with agility and adaptability, and maintaining accountabilities for all assigned commitments
9. Demonstrate leadership qualities by developing and pursuing ongoing career development goals, and providing knowledge transfer of applicable learning to organization team members
10. Apply clinical skills to include data gathering and analysis, communications with an emphasis on relationship development and growth, demonstration and application of knowledge and expertise in specialized areas

Required Education/Experience:
Current and uninterrupted licensure: Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant
Education/Experience Strongly Preferred:
Experience with providing care for the Veteran population
Experience working with or for VA or supporting federal healthcare clients/organizations
Technological Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft products: Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experienced in one or more major Electronic Health Records
Experience with electronic healthcare records design and use of patient experience solutions
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to initiate and follow through on work independently
Proven ability to be prompt, punctual, and reliable
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions based on our current or potential future capabilities
Proven ability to establish and foster significant relationships
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
